Ingredients Ice block: 1 (approx. a medium ice bowl) Sugar: 1/2 cup Any fruit syrup: 2 cup Salt: a pinch Serving glass bowls Directions Sugar syrup: Take a pan, add fruit syrup and sugar in it. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cook until a thick syrup is formed. Turn off stove and let the syrup cool on room temperature. Finally place it in fridge to cool. How to crush Ice: Commercially there are machines that are used to crush the ice, if you have one at home then its good. But if not then there are two ways to crush the ice.
