Ingredients Ice block: 1 (approx. a medium ice bowl) Sugar: 1/2 cup Any fruit syrup: 2 cup Salt: a pinch Serving glass bowls Directions Sugar syrup: Take a pan, add fruit syrup and sugar in it. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cook until a thick syrup is formed. Turn off stove and let the syrup cool on room temperature. Finally place it in fridge to cool. How to crush Ice: Commercially there are machines that are used to crush the ice, if you have one at home then its good. But if not then there are two ways to crush the ice. Take a plastic bag, put ice in it and pound it with a rolling pin or a rubber hammer. Or, take a vegetable chopper having wide blade. Crush your ice over it by rubbing ice on the blade.
