1. Find the shortcut (Either in desktop or Program file)
2. Right click on it and select "Properties"
3. Select tab "Shortcut"
4. At the "run" in the drop down select "Maximised"
5. Now select another tab "Compatibility" and choose "Windows 8"


Wallla ---- It might work in yours too..
